Fractional HR Support

HRIS provides flexible advisory support for organizations that need access to HR guidance without maintaining a full-time internal HR position. Support may include reviewing and helping apply existing policies, coaching managers on employee documentation, supporting employee-relations concerns, and recommending practical next steps for everyday HR situations.

This service gives business owners and managers an accessible HR partner to help them respond more consistently, document decisions more effectively, and navigate workplace concerns with greater confidence.

First Employee Hire Setup

HRIS helps business owners prepare the foundational HR processes needed before bringing their first employee into the organization. We help organize the job description, interview and selection process, offer steps, personnel-file structure, new-hire documentation, onboarding checklist, training plan, and early employee check-ins.

This service gives first-time employers a clear, organized starting point so they can focus on welcoming and managing their new employee instead of building every HR process as they go.

I believe good HR should make work clearer—not more complicated. It should give business owners practical, consistent processes while helping employees understand what to expect and feel supported.

Throughout my six years in HR, I’ve seen how quickly growing businesses can become overwhelmed when hiring, documentation, onboarding, and employee concerns are managed without clear processes. I created H.R.I.S. to meet business owners where they are by listening first, and strengthening the areas that need attention without losing the human side of the work.

My approach is thoughtful and collaborative: understand how the business actually operates, identify what isn’t working, and recommend practical next steps the organization can realistically maintain. When employees have a consistent experience and leaders have clearer guidance, the entire business is in a stronger position to grow.
